Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch CLC-D02.3M-FW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5011PT6C20STR0DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT2800195N0252 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SV9015ADV5M0A00I4X5 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Delta Brand VFD007V43A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Csr such as A2316 equipment made by Csr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Csr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Csr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CI060P4 made by Cerus as well as the popular GD2000E original spares produced by Cegelec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI025P4 by Cerus and A2316 spares by Csr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFD075C43A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta.
