Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bimba PT-098135-A1B1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brown-Boveri products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boll--Kirch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Boser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brown-Boveri such as the AA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1945796 manufactured by Boll--Kirch and we are pleased to be able to service most Boll--Kirch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS6254 by Manufacturer Boser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Binmaster Brand 7305091 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boekel such as 1494 equipment made by Boekel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boekel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boekel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB40350Z095 made by Brinkmann-Pumps as well as the popular BPF3012 original spares produced by Boser-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF92C5X1A by Bindicator and 1494 spares by Boekel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
