Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bimba PT-098090-A1C1FR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yamaha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bomac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bodine product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamaha such as the KJ0M5810423 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12M030012601 manufactured by Bomac and we are pleased to be able to service most Bomac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KYC22T4A1 by Manufacturer Bodine as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bk-Precision Brand 1744 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bimba such as T174CEB2NP equipment made by Bimba have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available F1001ampF2002 made by Binsfeld-Engineering as well as the popular 5555600303 original spares produced by Bizerba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ABL3910C by Bodine and T174CEB2NP spares by Bimba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TR1850 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bkw.
