Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr VRDM 5910/50 LNA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bettis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beta-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bettis such as the 139677 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCFSC4001002 manufactured by Beta-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Beta-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B3200033016F by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Apc Brand BK350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blatzheim such as BMXTRA33600 equipment made by Blatzheim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blatzheim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blatzheim" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RF92C0G1N made by Bindicator as well as the popular C6000 original spares produced by Beta-Tech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BWU2002 by Gateway and BMXTRA33600 spares by Blatzheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 214412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Deltec.
