Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Berger-Lahr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bep parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Boekel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Berger-Lahr such as the LT100KS10100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 138301 manufactured by Bep and we are pleased to be able to service most Bep systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 230250V by Manufacturer Boekel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bimba Brand USS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boekel such as 132000 equipment made by Boekel have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 2578583003A made by Bendix as well as the popular 141171 original spares produced by Berkeley-Process-Control-Inc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SER3910 by Berger and 132000 spares by Boekel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 230301V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boekel.
