Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Baumuller GDM100N-924/0500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bay-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beckhoff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bay-Controls such as the 60105011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RA90020RA90020LD3009LH00AA manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX5000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bayside Brand PS60010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bbc such as 609902T006609902T006 equipment made by Bbc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bbc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bbc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PX34007 made by Parker as well as the popular M404CB010170000BS original spares produced by Bautz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP770300210030 by Beckhoff and 609902T006609902T006 spares by Bbc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS142010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside.
