Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner BME248A Emitter & BMR248A Receiver parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensortronics such as the RL75016WHE1K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XUSLNG5E0600T manufactured by Schneider-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DX32D1NAWA3WN1B4 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Semitronics Brand 200280 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as KT5W2N1113 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WZA1203NC made by Sartorious as well as the popular LSB1594000 original spares produced by Rjg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLS1900125L6601N by Penny and KT5W2N1113 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R911305499 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth.
