Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & B Electrinics NT43 EXS2 CP60 MARC PSA2 PE82 PA42 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ishida parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the PLE3ESDG02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P5280A manufactured by Ishida and we are pleased to be able to service most Ishida systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSE253S2 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand NT631CST153BEV3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPI3D200C2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R5A3016U made by Eaton as well as the popular Q70225S260 original spares produced by Seco-Drives

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the REVE02 by Texas-Instruments and QPI3D200C2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P0961FX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
