Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B+r products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B+r such as the 4PP120057165 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMASI02 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BISM4100700104S92 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Balluff Brand BOS18MRPA1HAS4C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as 5A500119 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P2MB1 made by Br as well as the popular BRC200 original spares produced by Bailey
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ME203 by Bachmann and 5A500119 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
