Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct LCAB013002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Simatic-Mp377-Multipanel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the MMS22361C1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MACHINEGUARDSYSTEM manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MP377MultiPanel by Manufacturer Simatic-Mp377-Multipanel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MCH42A01105A340T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as NT12HA equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPL8316E36E by Asco and NT12HA spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
