Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco SAM-DA-400-28N-P4N-F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Autotech-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the FPM120TS0100461 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA7T15C12707B101 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SACM1890R1PB by Manufacturer Autotech-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-Direct Brand EA7T12C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aura-Systems such as A101A0100 equipment made by Aura-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aura-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aura-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SACT0505PAR made by Autotech-Controls as well as the popular ATV630D11N4 original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C002DRD by Automation-Direct and A101A0100 spares by Aura-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRDGK360RZD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
