Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Athena 2000-FB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ati-Industrial-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Athena product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV61HC13N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9600050023Rev02 manufactured by Ati-Industrial-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ati-Industrial-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2000L3702F by Manufacturer Athena as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Atlas-Elektronik Brand DRM401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autoflame such as MM60004U equipment made by Autoflame have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autoflame products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autoflame" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FM2064 made by Atmosphere-Engineering as well as the popular QC040T original spares produced by Ati-Industrial-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MXM402 by Atlas-Elektronik and MM60004U spares by Autoflame are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 96031186 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autocon-Technologies.
