Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asahi America B94WJ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Axsys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Axsys such as the 6000274 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EP58SC103601FN24 manufactured by Autonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Autonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 430120YP15ACSJ20 by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Auto.direct Brand EAT6CLR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as X8030A7J0749 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4240034181 made by Atlas as well as the popular EZCT15CE original spares produced by Avg-Ezautomation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700899101 by Asyst-Technologies and X8030A7J0749 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 318904 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aydin.
