Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arrow Hart ACC930-V20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aspo-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asea product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the TypeEFLG1602P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99956 manufactured by Aspo-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Aspo-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGL11T by Manufacturer Asea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand S3N150BW2ABA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as DSBC170 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 201075501 made by Asm as well as the popular 3GVA070242CDB original spares produced by Abb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADL2902 by Asi and DSBC170 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AM2RT1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashcroft.
