Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allied Vision Tech GC2450 CIV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha-Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Alpha product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha-Robotics such as the AR120120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0010A0189 manufactured by Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP120M0225111000 by Manufacturer Alpha as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Alpha Brand SP140YMF154K12S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by American-Sterilizer such as 835B equipment made by American-Sterilizer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire American-Sterilizer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "American-Sterilizer" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80408SE by Ametek and 835B spares by American-Sterilizer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AD42302D90401B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer American.
