Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley TLY-A2540P-HJ62AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fast/rice-001a products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bardac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fast/rice-001a such as the P900210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 200XLV manufactured by Bardac and we are pleased to be able to service most Bardac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 174924 by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Festo Brand DFM2550PAGF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ktron such as 2401300450 equipment made by Ktron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ktron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ktron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC693CPU313V made by Ge as well as the popular BG65X50SI original spares produced by Dunkermotoren

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 131B0015 by Danfoss and 2401300450 spares by Ktron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1336C050EAG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
