Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley RPS065-VB-M-HV1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the XVME655 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VMVS250TT manufactured by Cooper and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S42024D3725A1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aaon Brand R2854J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Celerity such as VC4900MEPR equipment made by Celerity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Celerity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Celerity" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K01539 by Aaon and VC4900MEPR spares by Celerity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
