Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech NDRIVEHPE20-IO-MXH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Akg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 150AO9NB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6181 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A203 by Manufacturer Akg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Afag Brand 32P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Afag such as RM25 equipment made by Afag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Afag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Afag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 50059676 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular AGS5 original spares produced by Agi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12M030006300 by Allen-Bradley and RM25 spares by Afag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 148240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
