Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Motion Controls B25A20ACP-AL1 and B25A20ACR-INV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the AXHM5100KCA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B0753B302 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AlphaModela122000 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand AB8907307320BEXSA5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Browning such as ACIR043 equipment made by Browning have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A754105 by Reliable-Electric and ACIR043 spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B0514B5417076 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
