Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telesis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vicor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Motion-Plus product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telesis such as the TELESIS16268085A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VI26LCU manufactured by Vicor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vicor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TDC200 by Manufacturer Motion-Plus as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand TCPRS021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telesis such as TMP1700 equipment made by Telesis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telesis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telesis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TWDNOZ232D made by Telemecanique as well as the popular TCX227 original spares produced by Adtech
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UCE570TTCP1 by Fanuc and TMP1700 spares by Telesis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T153011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acme-Electric.
