Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Actus Power NA20-1.5F2, ES20-PL5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ams-Advanced-Micro-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept such as the 1030011110REVE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4520812 manufactured by Adt and we are pleased to be able to service most Adt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 608E11 by Manufacturer Ams-Advanced-Micro-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Advantech Brand 702J6637JA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adt such as B4520273 equipment made by Adt have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DWT2BDWT2 by Advantage-Controls and B4520273 spares by Adt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
