Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1492IFM40F242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT10 manufactured by Cortest and we are pleased to be able to service most Cortest systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LE7M2 by Manufacturer Autonics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1794OV16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 1791OB32 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 16A2150 made by Dwyer as well as the popular NP1X1606W original spares produced by Fuji-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693MDL250AA by Fanuc and 1791OB32 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
