Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acces USB-A016-16A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Accutrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adaptive-Micro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Acromag product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Accutrol such as the 5880C25G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45016001 manufactured by Adaptive-Micro and we are pleased to be able to service most Adaptive-Micro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 412RBC by Manufacturer Acromag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Accuray-Dataproducts Brand 261095001B100128006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Actrion such as 68130104121 equipment made by Actrion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actrion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actrion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4017665 made by Accu-sort as well as the popular 3012704 original spares produced by Activepower

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSE000402 by Acustar and 68130104121 spares by Actrion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 725HD1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accu-Coder.
